Do i have Klineftelter's syndome, or just bad genetics?

I think my hips are so big they shouldn't be like that.
I don't know I'm really sad about it, I'm 18 and have little bit of facial hair and all that, my doctor said he thinks i look normal.

Listen to your trained professional's advice/comments.

You have a lot of body fat and very little muscle. Fix that.

    Listen to your doctor

Build some muscle and lose some fat and I'm sure you'll look fine, your body might just carry more fat around that area

I'm concerned about your lipid profile results. I suggest eating more fiber.

If your doctor says you don't, you don't. Looking at you, I'd also say you don't.

Your problem is body composition, not genetics. Your problem is lots of fat and not enough muscle. Nail the diet, stick with a good program and progressively overload. Genetics will never limit your goals if you work hard enough.

Look at it this way. Stressing yourself out about it is not helping anything. The last poster that said you look normal seemed to cheer you up. If you go searching for what you wanna hear chances are you'll find it. Not trying to sound discouraging. What I am saying is that youre worrying about something that may or may not be the case without really trying to help yourself all that much.

    You have a couple options:

Forget about it, keep training for 6 months to a year and then reevaluate. That should be enough time to see some noticeable changes in your body.

    If you are still unsatisfied:

Go back to the doctor and have a blood test panel worked. They will check your hormone levels, liver function, mineral/vitamin levels etc...

That being said I agree that you just appear to be carrying fat in awkward places. Focus on building some muscle and then you can work on cutting the fat. At that point I think you will be on the right track. You're young and in the prime of your life to start building muscle. Don't worry yourself so much!

Dude. Just stop it. Get on a good novice weight routine with a prescribed progression scheme and kill it for a year on a consistent basis in the gym. Then see where you are.

Not if you're putzing around and asking everyone there about your hips, man boobs, whatever.

Get on a good novice weight routine with a prescribed progression scheme and kill it for a year on a consistent basis in the gym. Full body recommended.

Buddy, Jesus, stop worrying about it. You're not even that overweight. Like I said, put in the time and you will be rewarded with results. If you're working hard in the gym 3 days a week is fine. Stop torturing yourself man.

When I sit down, my tummy rolls up, but if I asked anybody if they thought I was fat they'd probably think I was nuts.

I think my hips are so big they shouldn't be like that.
I don't know I'm really sad about it, I'm 18 and have little bit of facial hair and all that, my doctor said he thinks i look normal.

So instead of listening to a trained medical professional you thought "he or she must be wrong" and felt the need to ask a TEEN bodybuilding forum for advice. You have larger problems than your lack of muscle and lack of any type of physical training. You are obsessing over something that isn't real. Stop hyperfocusing on your body, start eating properly and hitting the weights. It takes YEARS to build muscle and a solid physique.
