The whole Exorcist series... although nothing tops the original. There are 5 total movies.
I remember I had a movie poster of the Exorcist in my dorm room and my roommate freaked out.
And I think I want to mention The Cell again. A live horse gets divided up into a bunch of little pieces and his heart is still beating afterwards.

Trade was pretty disturbing for me. It deals with the trafficking of children to be raped, it gives you a glimpse into the very disturbing world of ****philes.

story of ricky was ****ed up. it was ****ed up in a really lulzy way though. him breaking peoples limbs off, punching holes through people's stomachs etc.
