I agree that taking the $3 doesn't make for very good optics. Nothing wrong with it morally though since the lady voluntarily offered it.

I was arguing against the redhat neckbeards here complaining about high Warren taxes, when it clearly states that taxes only go up if you are worth more than $50m (even then some people will wet their panties over muh oppression).

And I do have a 6 figure job. I am worth less than $50m though so her tax proposal sounds great to me. Tax the people who have way more money than they will ever need, and invest in public schools so that we won't have any more morons like you in the future.

First of all, post some proof of your six figure income. I really doubt it. Post a pay stub with three pennies on it with MISC written on it. So much income bragging here on the misc.

As well, you would know when they promise to increase taxes on the very rich, somehow it seems that everyone with a job ends up feeling the impact. Obama assured us that people making under $250K a year would see a drop in cost and an increase in coverage and we know what happened there now don't we. Not a huge fan of Obama but he's a lot smarter than Warren or Sanders.

Just as well, you would know the revenue collected wouldn't make any real impact on the budget. So why do you want to punish people for making money? Jealousy? Don't you know that most of them reinvest their money, which contributes to business, which employs working people? You want to take that money out of the economy, out of our 401K's and IRA's, and give it to lazy NEETs and other losers?
