    What protein powder recommend

Eating meat and eggs can supplement protein, but why do many people choose protein powder?

It's fast and easy, just as today's society demands things.

Some people find it hard to get over ~130g per day so a powder is an easy way to increase your protein if needed.

This is the reality. Sadly though, there are many that think that powdered food is magic muscle fertilizer and a necessity.

If you need the help meeting your macro, pick a powder that fits your macros and budget and you like the taste. Avoid collagen or collagen-based powders.

Protein powders are convenient and helpful when you can't meet your daily protein goals

They're also a great cheat meal when you're craving something sweet

It's best to get protein from food, you won't need protein in a powder. Make sure you have enough protein in your diet. It's not that difficult. You need protein powder if you don't get enough.
