I will say this. This didn't feel like preworkouts I've had before. About 20 minutes after drinking, I started to feel really good in general. I didn't feel "pumped" or "amped", i just had a feeling of "life is good." This is not a normal feeling i have, specially not with any kind of pre.

Bodybuilding as part of my deload this morning. Felt really good to get a nasty pump on. Almost makes me want to go back to bodybuilding for a couple months. Gotta reach my milestones before I do that though.

Might need to take time off from gym or do some light stuff. Was starting to ramp it up and get heavy but then nagging "injuries" show up. Lower back is always an issue where it comes and goes with soreness and tightness. Of course knees are my enemy. Now my right shoulder from a fall off a fence many years ago is acting up. Been pushing through it but hinders good progression. Time for a walker and retirement I guess.
Oh and add that my liver enzymes are slightly elevated again so no supplements. I am 100% vowing to use up what I have and never look back I suppose other than protein and carbs. SO hard as I get by with pres as a crutch but man do they work. Reading into it it could be niacin and vitamin D being the biggest culprit and noticed my numbers elevated more when I am taking vitamin D so maybe that's the main culprit.

Thanks. Just part of getting older and comes with lifting heavy. I know I need to be better at stretching, foam rolling and massaging the sore muscles more. As for the liver tests. Been there before and got some flack here when I go back heavy into supplements but it's so hard when I have a crazy stash of supplements and "addicted". But health over all that matters most.

Sorry to hear of your (Rob) and your wife's (Ben) struggles with arthritis.
Same here. Winter here, which last way too long and is way too cold (ND), just makes whole body sore and arthritis take it's toll. Have so many past injuries and areas affected with arthritis it's not funny.
