I had a friend who bought a house in the ghetto. He was so dead set on buying a house, he didn't care where it was (dont ask me why). It was the only area he could find a house he could afford. I remember he would tell me about how quiet it was during the day. At night however, everybody would pour onto the streets.

This happens in the media, some case happens like with Guyger and suddenly all of these stories start propping up. These things happen but it's not the same as the other situation. The reality is this was a welfare check, and police shouted to see hands near the opened front door, didn't identify as police officers and shot the suspect due to 'perceiving a threat'. Apparently a gun was found but i'm sure that's the equivalent here of sprinkling a little bit of crack on the victim. Who knows, if the 'victim' was unstable, had a gun in hand and didn't respond to officer demands followed by sudden movements that's how people get shot by police.

Sorry guy, but standards are being lowered in the interest of fairness and equality. Progressive policies are the future. The only way to fail the academy nowadays, is to do something criminal outside of it.

Honestly don't know. Also, nobody really wants to be a police officer nowadays. There's a shortage of people applying for the job, and it's getting worse year after year.

I'll work with recruits that are constantly walking on eggshells.

Completely wrong. Majority of cops, literally 90+% are pro 2A. They have no issues with law abiding citizens owning firearms.
