That's a good plan, buying small amounts little by little here is the way to go. I'm already done buying for the day only used about 15% of my total cash on hand thinking its possible we see lower lows stillJournal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

imo I would not rush into tech until we know what impact tapering or rate hike will do when ever it comes.
obviously if you're in it now you can just convert into long term.
its better to leg in late than try predict where bottom is.
lowest analyst price target on amzn is $3500 highest $6000 so...average estimate $3800 so even now you could always go long on amazon.Last edited by Carbonfibre; 05-12-2021 at 11:23 AM.

Cashflow Cashflow Cashlow...Know what you own and why you own it. Youre buying companies not tickers and prices. Just remember everyone is a genius in a bull market. Im hardly down today. Why? Cuz i dont just own hype meme stocks. Expect much more pain in the short/medium term epecially when they announce a tax increase which will def affect tech stocks and then a rate hike. This could get ugly..Nasdaq still in the nosebleeds. In 2000 nasdaq dropped 81%.

Gotcha
Stop losses can be a b*tch I only use them day trading now
No lol I don't pay anything. Most I've caught Schwab doing is charging me 1 cent sometimes. You also get spot price compared to chit like Robinhood that'll charge you above spot price. Schwab is by far the best out of anything I know of, best customer service too.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

might wait until tomorrow to decide whether to sell off.
maybe today was the shock after inflation headlines hit home, who knows tomorrow could be a slight rebound
as much as i hate losing money, at least im technically not losing as ive said before. my index positions balance out the losses i'd make.. life goes on
lessons learned:
1) dont over expose to one sector
2) look for value in all stocks
3)set stop losses (i used to do this but i got burnt, set it too close)
4)limit position sizesMotorcycle Crew
