I'm running out of ways to say "liberalism is a mental illness".

Not sure but there are differences in personalities probably as early as new borns. Two year old boys are way more aggressive than females, for example, so it's not that they are only physically different, their personalities are different too from very early on before any culture affects them.
Now, if somebody feels like they are born as wrong gender and a boy acts more feminine very early on without anyone's influence, should it called mental illness or something else? If they're born with it, can't really fault them.

There is nothing inherent to being transgender that makes one mentally ill (e.g. depressed, anxious, suicidal); it is the manner in which one copes with their gender identity that is diagnosed and treated, not their gender itself.
So when it comes to treatments like hormone therapy and transition surgery, the idea is still to help them cope mentally, not fix a medical problem with their body. As mental illness treatments go, transitioning seems to get really good results. People would kill to have something that effective for anxiety and depression."it's likely one of us will have to spend some days alone"

Cassie-Sassie-Girl, it is true therapy will not work for the majority. One main reason IMO is because some are attention-seekers and parents who push the trans thing onto their children should be locked up. Why do we see more of this phenomenon in certain geographical areas like the West Coast? I'm not clear on this one way or another. Clearly, there are co-morbidities that exist within those whom identify as gay or transgender or p3dophiles, or sex addicts, etc. Are they 'mentally ill?' Can psychiatric intervention and medication help them?
Perhaps. But, in modern academia, the current push is to move away from calling these folks mentally ill. Obviously, to say a gay person is mentally ill nowadays is to get yourself excommunicated from the profession, never to teach, write, or publish again.

You are just speculating here about the direction of causation. It is entirely possible that whatever psychological/biological mechanism that produces gender dysphoria exists as a nonspecific complex that manifests itself as a predisposition for several different disorders. Regardless of what treatment or lack of treatment they receive, they still tend to be much higher than non-dysphoric cohorts in the typical co-morbidities.
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Dude prior to this damn pedemic, our company brought in a new consultant to oversee everyone's workload (sort of like the Bobs in the movie Office Space) and he was a full blown gay man, like really bad. Holy fck was it hard for me to work with this guy, he didn't last long as he was there for a just a few months but fck was he the worst!

Just to clarify what Johnny was saying, there is full blown gay, a little gay and then there’s guys or girls who have thought about doing something gay.
In case some translation was needed here.

Yeah..I do have some gay coworkers and I'm pretty sure they don't want to compete against women, invade women's lockerooms, demand tampons in men's restroom cos men can also have periods etc. I haven't really asked them though but can't imagine. They leave us alone and just provide us women with some jokes and gossip.

I used to get invaded by gays. Gay men. Geez, from age 17 thru my forties. It wasn't until my early 20's that I even realized that my affinity for muscle was a common affinity, some to the point of obsession (in both gay and straight people)
Initially, I was disgusted. It was weird and, at least to me, extremely fkd up. Talking to a dude for 10 minutes and being told he wanted to give me great head, or I could take his azz, if I wanted. Eventually, I came to be flattered by the attention. I'd even throw them a bone, like hot chicks do to fk with us guys who are obvious as fk about their goals. But, I just had no desire to get blown by a guy or to fk a guys azz. In Key West, I'd be walking down the street with my wife and they'd call out from the bars and hoot and howl about how they could suck a dik better than my wife. I won't go all Bodyhard her, but I did get violent with a guy in San Francisco who called my wife a 'breeder' after I refused his advances. (I used to go there to visit a gay primary family member)
Ahh, but those days are gone. No more hoots; no more howls. My beauty has aged and is no longer desirable. I will say this, my wife feels okay with this, and I am thankful.Envy is ignorance. Imitation is suicide.
