I spent my 23rd alone alone too, however I chose to be alone as people cause drama and I climbed up my first mountain instead of staying in.



It turned out to be one of the best decisions in my life, I have travelled to, camped in and summited at several mountain ranges alone since then. You don't need friends to do amazing things people, I am a testament to that.

Start doing more stuff like this dudes. You mite not get a gf out of it but it will help take ur mind off your problems for awhile.

How can you end up like that 36 year old virgin when you're not a virgin now? Its not like you'll get it back or anything. Plus I can't believe you're that wierd and eccentric...like filming yourself doing front flips at what looks like kid's session at a gymnasium. Plus that guy is dillusional as phuck, thinking that jumping off cliffs and sking dangerous slopes will get him a gf or laid. I doubt he'll ever just go out and talk to females, just continue to kill his depression with adrenaline rushes and wild dreams.

BTW I did a 100+ day no fap/no porn (1st May-12th August) to experience it. During that time I had the worst depression (mainly this) and sexual frustration I have ever had. Like the kinda depression that makes u tired as phuck and hardly want to move. The no fap thing does different things for different ppl it seems. It was good in a way to be away from porn for so long and 'flush yourself out' but I dun think it made me a stronger better person or anything.

Now that I'm 30 I intend to stop fapping and internet porn altogether tho. Need to leave that **** behind with my anti-social, hermit like 20s and move on.

I didn't make a big deal out of my 30th BTW I have my own house now so COULD have thrown a party but just didn't feel confident enough for that, inviting ppl I know from different venues I'd have to introduce and host and be active...uugghh. Maybe small scale dinners to start with.

I did attempt dating sites (eharmony) even uploaded afew photos and sent afew winks, got messages myself but never took it further. Truth is I was creeping myself out doing it and felt it was an act of desperaton more than anything else. The female that messaged me seem fairly attractive but A she lived quite a distance away and B she seemed to uninterested in her dialogue like this was all a game to her and she just did it for something to do.

not FA. But I definitely feel like something. I have confidence in talking to people who I dont give a fack about. Mainly girls. I can start, hold, and end a convo with a girl I dont have any interest in. But as soon as I find a girl I find attractive to me (im pretty picky and like certain things) its like I shut down. I get a little shaky with my words, eye contact is a chore (when its usually strong) heartbeat goes up and jokes and flirt is bad/10. Is this just me being anxious because I find something I like? I dont get like this with EVERY girl just any I have any interest in.

My point is if you're FA and have only a handful of friends on ******** like me, then girls will unfriend you quickly.

Could you please, and i beg you please explain to me HOW do you go to work and not have friends? how? coworkers? hell, I volunteered at Tesco once, and manage to make some friends with the costumers. Well, not real friends but like they will know me when they see me in the streets and we usually have lil chats or even a coffee.

I'm gonna take a guess that you're not shredded at 214? Keep on cutting and lifting but more strict regime. You wanna look your best when you go right? And join some fighting clubs (MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing), which ever one you prefer.

Do you have any medical issues like SA? Or is your FA down to ****ty life?

I get on pretty well with my co-workers, but at the end of the day they're just acquaintances. I don't affiliate myself with them outside of working hours, and as I can be a bit intense at times with my lifestyle choices and other differing characteristics they are generally dissuaded from inviting me to gatherings outside of work events.

I don't even go to work events because it's usually the same old BS. I need intellectual stimulation, not an opportunity to talk about the latest Big Brother episode.
