Gloves for vegetarian (or Vegan)
Hello.
I am a vegetarian (not vegan) and would like to purchase gloves that do not contain the skin of killed animals.
I need them for practice with the iron and street workout.
Can you give me a model?

I dont use gloves myself, but what I would most likely do is go to a hardware store and buy some gardening gloves with the grip dots (Find a more neutral color maybe) and just cut the fingers out to the second knuckle. I imagine they cost cheaper than official lifting gloves and would be easy to replace when and if they wear out.

In the case of this thread I am having a hard time understanding why a vegetarian that is used to avoiding animal products is struggleing to avoid them in a pair of weight gloves. There are literally hundreds made out of neoprene, nylon, and other man made materials. In fact, you are lucky to find a pair of genuine leather gloves these days amoung the cr@ppy mass produced rubbish pumped out from the sweat houses in china.My training log:

Agreed. There are tons of choices out there, you just need to take a trip to Home Depot or Walmart.
OP, what exactly are you planning to use the gloves for? Are you planning to use them because it is getting cold out and your gym is in the garage, or are you thinking you need them to prevent calluses, or is there some other reason? No...so you're an animal rights activist.
There are so many synthetic leather gloves out there....just look for gloves that don't say anything about "genuine leather" (or some bs like that)

Not sure if it is the lack of creatine, or carnitine, or something else that disables someone from applying at least a modicum of thinking and, say, using google?
Anyway, I did it for you. I googled for you. Being lazy (if you can relate to that...), I just copied and pasted "Gloves for vegetarian (or vegan)". Got lots of really useful and informative information.
And, in the spirit of helpfulness, some good news:
1. There are indeed products marketed as "lifting gloves" that meet vegan standards.
2. Even better news: it is incredibly easy to find them.
...only problem: I know for a fact that some of the people producing and selling these products do eat meat. You would thefore help finance the murdering of animals by giving these people your money...
