The NHL is so fukin stupid.

They can sit in a locker room together. They can sit next to each other on buses and planes. They can sit on a bench during practices and games together. They can play together. They can grab on to each other and literally punch each other in the face. But how fukin dare you hang out with a buddy in a hotel room.

The NHL can't help but suck off hErO healthcare workers. What a joke.

The point is to only allow them to be together in controlled situations, otherwise it's not a bubble. Of course there are idiosyncrasies in the situation because major league players are effectively getting exemptions the rest of the population doesn't, but the rules aren't hard to follow.

I guess Samsonov tested positive, but the 4 were in a hotel room together. How is that ANY different from being on the bench, closer together, no masks.

Also, the Canes and Dallas were able to postpone games, but the Caps get ****ed. TJ Oshie basically implied that they are a close team that like doing things together. I read his comment as a roll eyes towards the decision, but he also had to be PC about it.


Just means we will get to see a beat red Laviolette on the bench tonight when the Sabres start the onslaught.(I actually think the Caps can tread water for 4 games, team is talented enough)

He has looked amazing from what I have seen. Hughes has been on another level too. I have the Devils and Detroit as surprise teams this year.

I actually had fun outside during Winnipeg winters. Cold af during winter obviously but also very dry. Absolute mecca for outdoors skating. Wouldn't want to build a career there, though...

No Ovechkin, no Kuznetsov, no Orlov, no Samsonov, no Wilson, some Backstrom, no problem.

Keep rolling. Missing 4/5 key guys over this 4 game(atleast stretch) and still having not lost in regulation, I’ll take it. Granted they played Buffalo twice, regardless of what happens Thursday vs the Isles, if they can get the Russians back by Saturday, it’ll have been an extremely successful week.

Honestly shocked they beat the Isles last night in regulation.

Best way to watch games without cable these days? Free is best but willing to pay for good service but not if there are blackouts.

Very limited options if you rely on chit like Fox Sports. Lots of contracts not signed. Dish, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Sling, Fubo...none of them have it.

Rest NBC and NHL but not all have NHL network. I use Fubo at my store.

I got nhl.tv. Worth it so far. Blackouts if your local to the team you want to watch or if it’s National though.

I get nhln and NBCSN etc so it works for me.
