I wish Netflix brought this back with english dubs. Legit watched this 3-4 times all the way through lol. I don't know what it is but the first season I just really enjoyed. Still good in japanese and watched it through that way but not the same. They also need to bring season 2 to netflix even though it doesn't look as good as the first.

You can watch attack on titan but it'll ruin other anime for you. Its on a completely different level and holds the highest rated episode in TV show history (anime and non animated).

Fullmetal alchemist : brotherhood is great too
