    Does Heating Milk Destroy Nutrients/Proteins?

I was just wondering, does heating milk in a microwave destroy some of its protein/nutrients?

    Heating milk

I am reading a book from Franco Columbu. In general heating any food will loose some of the nutrients. As an example, many b-complex vitamins loose their potency through heating/boiling. One or two are pretty stable like Choline.

Are you just warming the milk? If so you will minimize the loss.

If you're drinking pasteurized milk, then it already has been heated, and some of the nutrients and enzymes have already been lost. And Ultra Pasteurized is heated at an even higher temp, causing greater diminishing of nutrients/enzymes.

Thats why I drink raw milk. Sure, might have more fat, but if its good enough for a baby cow, its good enough for me.
