    yoke carry
    loading race
    giant dumbell press

    crucifix hold
    deadlift hold

It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website to educate themselves for FREE

I heard of this, you put tacky on the tape then take the tape off throw it away after lifting correct? Its probably the cheapest.

and the spratan sleeves: can you put tacky on them? how do you get them off? or just wear them and lift thats it?

A couple guys I workout with have the spartan sleeves. They seem like a really nice piece.

I would just stick with athletic tape

Here is a complete list as far as NAS is concerned:

As promoters get creative and the stars line up, new events or twists on existing events always can come up.

I understand that 1 event can be split into a few like: deadlift for max, deadlift for reps... but its deadlift overall. IM just trying to list the main events. So please add if i missed any thing out of the 26 events that i could think off. i just realized i missed keg toss . Also i want to list events from all competitions worldwide, not just the NAS.

Caber toss? It's a highland games event, but it's been used in strongman.

Lightbulb This is all I can think of, off the top of my head...

You're looking at many variations of press, pull & carry...

    Deadlift
    Silver Dollar Deadlift
    Elephant Deadlift
    Axle Deadlift
    Car Deadlift
    Yoke
    Super Yoke
    Car Walk
    Frame Carry
    Farmers Walk
    Farmers Hold
    Duckwalk
Carry & Drag (Anchor & Chain)
    Power stairs
    Shield Carry
Carry/Loading medley with various objects i.e. barrel, anvil,
    Sandbag Carry
    Sandbag to shoulder
    Tire flip
    Truck Pull
    Truck Push
    Wheel of pain
    Conan's Wheel
    Car Flip
    Sled Pull
    Sled Push
    Arm over arm pull
    Husafell Stone carry
    Keg Toss
    Sandbag toss (weight for height)
    Atlas stone load to platform
    Atlas stone to shoulder
    Atlas Stone over yoke/post
    Atlas stone overhead press
Log (Floor to over head for reps or max)
    Monster Dumbell Press
    Cyr Dumbell Press
    Axle Press
    Stone Press
    Block press
    Viking Press
    Fingal’s Fingers
    Squat
    Back lift
    Crusafix Hold
    Hercules Hold
    Hammer Hold
    Tug of war
    Flag Raise
    Pole Push
    Sword Hold
    Bar Bend

Highland Games Events which are sometimes adjacent or incorporated...

    Log Throw/caber toss
    Shotput/stoneput
    Hammer throw
    Sheaf toss
    Weight over the bar
    Nicol Stones
    Dinnie Stones

Also insert any crazy variant of carry/squat/deadlift such as fridge carry, safe deadlift, engine carry etc which all have different challenges.

I'm sure I've missed loads there's so many.
Also all of these will be max lift, for reps, for height, for distance or timed.
