It's an auction, so no not necessarily. Your draft order has no determination on who you draft, it's who you nominate.

I don't think it will be like that. A lot of picks all of us made weren't necessarily the person we wanted at that spot due to others reaching or people falling. Now everyone has a chance for the top players. We will see who wants them most.

In the later rounds however you'll probably see some similarities.

I did one too and ended up with an atrocious team, lol. I didn't want to pay for anyone, so I ended up with a team of bums. I would anticipate our draft going a lot different though.

Yup. I was like "nope, I'm not over paying for this guy and that guy or that guy." I got Juju and Allen for a good price, but everyone else went too much money.

Now, I have to put together how much I can overpay for studs while still having money left over.

There are strategies like that. I've read some people will spend 80-90% of their total budget on 3-4 studs then fill in the rest later. Or you sit back and let everyone over spend and you bid on the players you're getting good value with and at the end of the draft you get whatever players you want cause no one has money left. It's weird lol

leftover money will not be carried into the season - use it or lose it!

i think the waivers for this league were set same as normal waivers, reverse order of nomination order

could also do FAAB if people want that
