How to bulk up on a vegetarian diet

So i'm a meat lover, probably will be forever, but recently i want to cut back on my meat by 80% for health reason (not saying a person eating meat is not healthy). So i was just wondering if i can supplement all my protein needs with protein shake (the one with a fair amount of calories). I'm pretty big on lifting, been doing it for 9 years (not saying i'm a pro by all means), so i dont want it to drastically effect it (2 more months of bulking before the great cardio journey). Thank you for your insight and appreciate your comments.

If you're just cutting back on meat for health reasons....wtf? Just eat very lean meats and put down the prime rib.

Be advised that a vegetarian diet can be low in vitamin B12, which could lead to an inability to do searches.
