Hello,
New to forum hoping for some suggestions.
I have been trying to lose weight for a while and been struggling with energy.
Last week i purchased C4 original and been having one scoop before work out and makes work out very good now.
Just want some suggestions as to whether i am using right product with right amount.
I normally do between 45-50 mins of Cardio and feel i have good energy with 1 scoop.
If i am only doing cardio for now, do i need to reduce to half a scoop maybe?

Preworkout is good to help keep you motivated for workouts but remember to not use it as a crutch in the future. It sounds like you used it correctly. Always use half to one fulk scoop to assess tolerance and go from there. I recommend using it for two to three weeks, then taking a week off and repeat. This helps with not becoming relied on it and will allow your body to rebuild tolerance so you aren't like I used to be and having to take two scoops just to go to the gym.
Also, if weight loss is your goal; stop by the Nutrition forum here and read up on some of the great stickys there. Good luck on your weight loss.Progress, not perfection. One day at a time.

If you feel pretty good at a scoop you could try a little less. If your goal is weight loss I would also incorporate some weight training with the cardio, really take a look at your nutrition and then very important part is going to be sleep._____________________________________
