I plan on competing summer of 2012, this will be first show. As of now I go to the gym 5days a week no shorter than a hr each day (no cardio), considering bumping it up to twice a day 6times a week. I eat very healthy and have a good protein diet.
Check my pics and let me know what I should focus on building.
Thanks everyone!

Congrats on making the decision to compete, however I agree, you need some actual bodybuilding type pictures posted if yo want legitimate comments. Get 'em in here.

Things that stood out for me right away:
good face
small chest, but you already knew that.
small legs. They need work, as the legs look like you don't work them much.
great abs, but I would assume people in your position are all going to have lots of definition in the abs
nice definition in the arms and back
Need overall mass, I would say. One thing I seem to notice in comps is everyone looks really tiny, but have good abs. This seems to be the same for you. But, you're 22, and you have YEARS to get there. Great start... sorry for sounding negative."You can always be thinner... look better"

I wouldn't worry too much about trying to bring up lagging body parts between now and your competition. 14 weeks of natural training isn't really gonna make a difference. The time it takes to put on muscle makes it hard to justify, and it'll probably end up hurting how you come into the show condition-wise. I'd say just take note of what you need to work on, and hit it hard in your offseason. You've got pretty good symmetry in your upperbody, but you could bring up your chest... and you could bring up your legs to be a little more balanced with your upper. Make sure you give yourself enough time to cut... I've been cutting for 9 weeks now.. and hit a wall twice already... and work on posing.. I've heard good/bad posing can make or break you. Good luck with your prep!
