Chad: Your biceps are HUGE and your entire body is in awesome shape. Excellent job bro. I am another ALL-NATURAL short guy like you Chad. I am at 5'3" in height and I'm working to get light and lean. I dropped weight from 178 down to my current 138. Do you have any suggestions on a goal weight that I should aim for, if I want to someday compete as a Bantam-weight? .

thanks man i appreciate the kind words! well the best advice i could give you is make sure you have your body in proportion, and that weight is just a number..its all how it looks in the mirror and how you feel for example say you have been working out hard for 3 weeks and have not gained a single pound or lost a pound but you noticed you have a vein coming or your shoulders are more round or your lifts got stronger. thats improvement right there dont worry about the scale.
lol yeah being short it okay for somethings, and thanks man!

No store works for you huh? To big for baby gap, just playing kind of.
Youre fuking huge.Weight gainers are a waste of money.
Not everyone who drops **** on you is your enemy.
Not everyone who gets you out of **** is your friend.
And when you're in deep ****, keep your mouth shut!
