Legs and Pull on same day??

So I've decided to change my routine recently. Before I used to go to the gym 6 days a week, basically Legs, Push, Pull, rest and repeat. So I got tired of going 6 days a week and Iv'e started doing pull and legs on the same day and then second day push, rest and repeat. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and see how was their experience doing this. Now im trying to cut and ive started to get serious so I want results and if I have to start doing legs on a separate day Im willing to do that. Thanks in advance!

Why not just run an upper/lower? Combining legs and pull would mean a chitload of time in the gym and I can't imagine you being able to put much effort into the last few exercises.

Well you're right I do spend close to 2 hours at the gym, sometimes more because I workout with my brother. I feel like if I do upper I'd get tired quicker and won't be able to go as hard. for chest I do 5-7 exercises, shoulders and triceps. I honestly dont know how I would pull that off, I like doing minimum 4 exercises per muscle.

But do you think I'd get better results doing upper and lower? like I said I want results so I'm willing to do whatever.

There's a few upper/lower in the stickies here, Fierce 5 has one and Vikings as well. There's also a Upper/Lower/Push/Pull/Legs that would cut you back to 5 days a week. Most of these won't have you doing up to 7 exercises per muscle group in a day though. Most natty lifters aren't going to benefit from that much volume (unless you've been training a looooong time) because by the last few exercises there's not enough left in the tank to lift meaningful weight. You progress by hitting muscles with 2-3 exercises per day, twice per week and get meaningful volume out of those exercises.

You do 5 exercises just for chest? That's incredible. When you read the 5 best chest exercises for growth did you think you were supposed to do all them? With that much push you must do a ton of volume on your back and legs too right?

Ignoring the fact that your programming is really bad, there are a few ways to split the volume if you don't want to do push and pull on the same day. There's the PPL and there's the push/quad, pull/ham full body style. I find the PQ/PH works great because the back volume is higher than the push volume and the quad volume takes me longer than the ham volume so the amount of time in the gym is pretty close for each day.

I typically do incline and flat bench, sometimes dumbbells. I do 4-5 sets 8-10 reps. I also do flys and some cable work (trying to lose man boobs asap lol)

None of that does anything to help you lose fat their....

You say you do 5 exercises per muscle group

So your leg and pull day must be about 35+ exercises?
    5 day full body crew
