My friend who is a doctor told me that because of the way most people's bodys work when young, especially boys, when you eat junk food, its got so much crap in it that it sends your body into overload, your body gets used to it and becomes very efficient at getting all the crap out of your body...
The trouble is, there isnt any goodness left, clearly this is your problem. My dayly intake of food probably has more goodness in it then a weeks supply of the crap your eating...

gosh you sound like an expert dont you..
your Massive Muscle Builder wont do much for you..
More of ****ter qual proteins.. Just get a straight up WPI. and add oats for extra carbs.. healthier + more cost efficient.
Most people get 50/50 weightgainers as its a lil bit cheaper then buying straight up high quality WPI. Any logical person can work it out.
4kg weight gainer = 2kg protein (if not less) and 2kg carbs (most of the time.. high sugar)
and this only costs say $10 less than a good Whey Protein Isolate.
now. 4kg of WPI = 4kg of pure PROTEIN. no sugar. no carbs. if you want carbs.. take $2 out of ur coin jar and go buy some oats..
If your after supplements, dont be stingey buy good qual ****..REDBAK- Highly Potent Supplements.
