Fantastic nootropic formula have gone through several tubs since it came out

The Sour Apple is prob my fav flavor of it but the Fruit Splash is also decent not tried the Lemon Frost but others have described it as similar to lemon gatorade.

Probably shouldnt stack it with White Flash as that's a lot of caffeine

Used it during my exam prep and on the exam date itself (exam lasted 6-8h don't remember exactly).
Worked great for me, but lasted only for 2h.

The more often you take it, the more pronounced the effects become. There are ingredients that take some time to saturate.

My only downside was caffeine in it. My pres already have 300+ caffeine and adding brainwash for studying on that day was too much for me
But it's effective. Would be great, if there was a caffeine free version.

The theanine tempers the caffeine greatly for me.

It's great stuff. I like it for a the focus and mental acuity without upping my caffeine intake that much. Favorite flavor goes back and forth between lemon and green apple, probably because I haven't tried the fruit yet lol

Actually, since it's only 450mg of caffeine combined I found it to be easily tolerable; although, the 115mg of theobromine does give a noticeable cognitive jolt, feels great when going hard!

The theanine tempers the caffeine greatly for me.

The fruit flavor is very pleasant and mild. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the chalk/sand in it, and the fact that it settles in seconds. I have to lightly shake it literally before every single sip. Other than that, I really like it

Good nootropics ingredients tend to do that. They can clump as well.

The only way to fix that is to underdose it, then it wont work as well.

Yeah I figured. That’s really OK though, I like it enough to tolerate the grit. In fact I look forward to drinking it

Definitely recommend giving Brain Wash a try here I mixed 1 serving of it
with a previous CL pre, and 1 scoop of CL Glycer Grow for a trifecta of
CL products and a excellent PW combo.

You can use 1 scoop on it's own for focus but I prefer combining it with
other products and building my own preworkout
