If you are going to use a 'BCAA Energy' supplement (any of them) for pre-workout you might be better off just opting for straight caffeine - it will be a fraction of the cost and yield the same results. Unless you enjoy the BCAA products for the flavor, in which case I have found that the Optimum Amino Energy is a good choice.

This doesn't make sense to me. I wouldn't use a caffeinated product as a post-workout. Additionally, I wouldn't replace a carb product with a BCAA product after workouts anyway. Either way, save the money and don't buy a post-workout supplement. Eat a post-workout meal that helps you get carbs, protein, and healthy fats. This will be best for muscle growth. If you really like the quick carbs, you can stick with the JYM post-workout active martrix or other carb products like Glycofuse, SizeON (carbs and creatine), SuperCarb, etc.
