I'm a Dallas fan, but think Jones deserves some time. Giant's O-line is still terrible, Barkley can't stay healthy and when he does he's getting smashed behind the line....no real legit #1 WR. There are tons of issues with the Giants, I don't think Jones is one yet.

Jones looks solid. But he has turnover problems. He is good for a few fumbles or INTs a game. With that said, I think the Giants could easily score a 1st round pick and more for Jones. Josh Rosen got a damn 2nd round pick despite looking like garbage in his 1st year although he was in a much worse situation.

I think any team going #1 overall should drop their QB and get Lawrence.

Depends , if you already have a young QB to build around, trading down and filling up on extra picks to build out a roster might be preferable. Guessing someone would be willing to trade multiple firsts to move a couple of spots, so you'd still land a stud like Ja'Marr Chase

I am not a QB wins guy, but if you have a franchise QB, no way should you be picking #1 overall. I think the only exception would be rookie QBs like Joe Burrow. 2nd-3rd year QBs should be dropped in favor of Lawrence imo.

top 3 this year should get a franchise changing player, sewell is the best tackle prospect in recent memory. i don't think the vikings will be bad enough to draft that high, but i think it's possible given how they've started

LMAO the Tunsil trade was almost as dumb as trading Hopkins. All those picks just to overpay him and reset the market for a LT that isnt even top 5.

Nah, that Tunsil trade wasn't great but was far from as dumb as trading Hop. Texans needed to protect Watson, and with their 1sts likely in the late teens, you aren't getting a Tunsil quality tackle there. You're getting a guy who may end up getting Watson hurt.

Plus the LT is the second most important position behind QB.

Bills fan here and I'm pretty satisfied with the progress Allen is making so I wouldn't ditch him, but if I were a Giants fan I might want my team to consider it. Then again it might be more prudent to flip a #1 overall pick for 2-3 first rounders to help build a better overall team.

What? Burrow was a 7th round pick at best before his Senior season, and Trevor has been regarded as a once in a lifetime prospect.

Haskins is the worst QB I’ve seen play for my team. Not many can make you look back at the Jason Campbell years and go “that wasn’t so terrible”.

Don’t even bring in Kyle Allen, he might accidentally win a game.

Tank for Trevor and come back with a new name and a franchise talent next year.

Pity though we’re wasting a pretty solid defense.

Burrow had 1 ridiculous year. His supporting cast included Clyde Edwards-Helaire (first RB taken in draft), Justin Jefferson (1st round pick), Terrance Marshall Jr (likely first round draft pick), and Jamarr Chase (won the award for best WR and is believed to be 1st WR taken in the next draft). Lawrence has been considered to be the #1 draft pick in whatever draft he declared in since his first season at Clemson (where he too has good talent around him).

My highlight reel is if my QB can keep it to under 2 interceptions and 1 fumble, while only losing by 2 scores.

Give us Trevor, and put an Oline around Danny.

Jones has bad decision making. He's kind of like Sam Darnold except his arm is just average. I'll keep Jones over Justin Fields, but not over Lawrence, no chance.

Out of HS yes. But after last year coming into the draft Burrow was one of the best draft QB prospects in a long time. Probably since Andrew Luck. Lawrence will have similar draft value but I'm somewhat hesitant just because he doesn't play good competition as regularly.
