We buy a lot of the same stuff
-soy sauce
-spinach
-sweet potatoes
-mandarin oranges
-we have chickens but we’d buy that many eggs if we didn’t
-red onions
-great value creamer. Their natural creamer is bomb.com it’s the same ingredients as Natural Bliss Sweet Cream All Natural Liquid Coffee Creamer, but slightly less sugar and it’s cheaper.
-foil we buy at Costco

there is tilapia and 5 dozen eggs

I dont eat a lot of carbs or so i dont think i do. I dont keep up with that as much as I do calories. I have just started trying to eat some sweet potatoes. I do eat an oats/protein/banana mix for a preworkout.so there are some carbs. I might look into a different creamer. I have made my own before and it was good..but..I cook every single day and dont feel like messing with even more "making" lol..Glad we eat about the same. Good stuff!!

i could be wrong as im not totally educated as much as i want as of yet..but..i dont think meat helps with workingout as much as it does muscle growth? I think the power in workouts come from carbs? Again i could be wrong so please educate me on it if you want..thanks man

Well you can get by doing a set of 50 rep squats here and there but there is reason why 50 rep squats remains uncharted territory in exercise education, they are not popular. Its without a doubt one of the hardest things you will do. If you do them without meat every week first you'll burn too many calories than you take in, then your mental state will get fuked and you'll find yourself struggling to get 30 reps with a weight you once did 50 with.

humm..im always up for a challenge. I have a smith machine. The bar and guide rod carriage weighs a bit. Not sure the weight. BUT it weighs. Would doing that along 50 reps count as respectable? OR say 25lbs on each end along with it? OR??

I don't think a smith machine is the same as free-weight squats? The smith guides your form. I'd say just press a very light weight overhead and put it on the shoulders, when done press it (push it/jerk it, cause you'll be tired) back overhead or drop it, get crash mat.

I'm not dogging the smith machine, all I'm saying is part of the torture is that free-weight and not having a guide.

But if that's all you got to use is a smith, then use it

yeah Smith is all i have. Only safe way this ole back can do squats..Just for fun i might try it anyways..I mean..squatting 50x is rough just body weight lol..maybe a video next week or this weekend..

I'm still working through 30-40reppers at the moment and that's not even fun, but it is fun after I'm done, well worth it, good feeling.

I will answer the question posed in your recording. Think about the most important person in your life. Imagine one day that they leave the house to run an errand and suddenly disappear. That was an odd video Mikie, the ones working out are decent but this one was weird. That being said you are very comfortable in front of the camera and seem very at ease.
Regarding your choice of fish, yuck! I love fish and eat it all the time, Cod, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Salmon, etc but Tilapia is a nasty ass bottom feeding carp for the most part. Go to the zoo and go to the hippo tank, see those fish all over the tank? They are in there because they eat the hippo poop, they love hippo poop and maybe thats what makes them a very mushy fish when you cook it?

Wild fish only for me, seen a video on Tilapia being raised next to sewers in China. Many better options out there than Tilapia, throw that sh!t in the garbage and the same goes for any farm raised fish imo
