It isn't very accurate. They have been removing foods from the database because people have been complaining about the accuracy. When I logged my food I never actually selected something I found in the data base unless I loomed it up and found it to be exact. If it was the slightest bit questionable I created my own entry and used that one.
Yup, I still read but it's mostly when someone links me to a thread, they are questioning something is being said in a thread and they want my opinion or the have a specific question.

I've been through high bar and low bar so many times. It was a very difficult decision that took me over a year to finally settle in.
The end choice was there truest and realest bar of them all, the low bar. Although now that I don't squat seriously ill probably go back to highbar.I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

High bar / low bar is really about femur length vs total height. If you have long femurs relative to your total body length, it’s awkward as hell to do low-bar.

Every squat is awkward at first. Also most geared lifters now evolved to a highbar squat. Geared as in equipped, not steroids. Of course every Olympic lifter also uses a highbar squat, regardless of their specific biomechanics.
Your body is more than willing to accommodate whichever position you pick though
Plus a highbar squat typically places more torque on the back/spine.

Took a 4 hour ride upstate and a 4 hour ride back to accompany my friend that was giving a 10 minute research presentation in Lake George at an American College of Emergency Physicians conference. We got there late yesterday and checkout was at 11am this morning but his presentation was at 2pm. Didn't even get to enjoy the resort at all. It was poorly planned by him. Oh well. I should have looked into it to realize we would be so close to Montreal because I would have definitely driven the extra time to visit Canada. A few pictures of the resort I didn't get to enjoy.....

You are right I am relatively proportional for my height with a longer torso, I can squat low or high bar.
Your original linked image is what I responded to. The figure on the left does not improve with a high bar position. Ankle does not have unlimited mobility, he would get forward of his COG with a high bar rack and those angles. Figure looks just like my son, my wife, and half the basketball players I know.
As for you, totally agree should do whatever you prefer. Best advice ever is to video from the side and watch the bar path. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
