I spend about $70 a week, 3 pounds of meat, 2 dozen eggs, 2 pounds of oats, lunch meat, bread, greek yogurt, frozen veggies, frozen pizzas and what not for days I don't feel like cooking.

I spend about $50 on whey every 2 months or so.

    9. Eating out/take out/prepared meals N/A as I don't do this every week but sometimes several days in a row with my wife
    10. Whey/supps $0

If bodybuilding goals could be ideally achieved with certainty on relatively low protein it would shave my grocery bill in half at least.

Fruit, veggies and carbs are very cheap in the UK... but meat is absurd. $1.99 a lbs for chicken breast fillets is pretty common in the US. You can sometimes even get sirloin on sale for that same price range. You won't see that in the UK. If bodybuilding could be done easily on sub 100g of protein a day, my grocery bill would be pennies. Carbs all day baby.

Mad jelly, and inspired to start farming...

As for me groceries range from $110 to $140, usually closer to the lower end. Starting to buy more pork and less chicken breasts to lower costs and buying reg yogurt instead of greek for similar reasons.
