BB OHP is one of the 3 lifts that I have written off forever. It hurts my shoulder bad right from the first set but I can do DB presses with no issue. I will try these landmine presses in a future block as well. Cable flyes also hurt my left shoulder really bad and for some reason I kept trying them until I realized I don’t need them as there are plenty of other movements I can do for my chest.
Squats also bother my left shoulder but I am not giving those up. Since I lift at home I will be buying a buffalo bar and a safety squat bar though so I can work in those movements and give my shoulder a break.

I love OHP but yea they just tear my shoulders up. I even completely changed my form to use a narrower grip and keep my elbows tracking in front instead of flaring out wide but eventually those too caugh5 up with me and caused issue. I hope I can get back to doing DB presses those are arguably better for shoulders anyway, I can’t do incline bench either which I really miss.
Low bar squats are a no go for me, but I’m able to get into a high bar position without much issue, the first set or two my shoulder feels tight but it seems to be okay after. Safety Squat bar would be a great addition as would a trap bar. Trap bar deadlifts are a fun lift to work in at some point. I almost need a platform to stand on to start the movement from what would be the bottom of my squat position but they are fun and pretty easy on the lower back / and great for shoulders.

I got this as a late x-mas present. Really looking forward to incorporating some landmines and rows into my routine with it.

Been a bit since I have posted.....
Yea I have had some left shoulder impingement the last few months...Found these to be a great 2nd or 3rd exercise to really burn out the delts.
My primary movement has been kneeling smith overhead presses. Found that I can move my body a little forward and back to find that sweet spot where it does not hurt the shoulders. Keeping the elbows a bit forward on the press causes me very little pain. Plus these are hard as hell to do, and not a lot of weight is needed.Instagram @captloufitness

The best Landmine attachment I’ve found for Rows is this.
https://smile.amazon.com/Body-Solid-...ster+t-bar+row
You can use a regular narrow neutral grip cable row attachment just under the bar, but for whatever reason this just hammers my back in the right places. I find it best to load the bar with 25s instead of 45s because it gives a little extra ROM at the top. I’ve used it with Mark (Payton) when he was in Chicago area and we hit a session in my garage gym. He ordered one to be delivered when he got home. Not sure why it feels so good to me, but it just does.

These are very useful. Titan makes a decent landmine post also that is about 1/3 the cost of Rogue's. I know Titan has plenty of haters, but really not much to go wrong with this simple device. I've got one and it works just fine. I have a Body Solid GOWT plate holder that has the barbell holder posts in it. I just stick the landmine post into that and it works great.

It will be worth it, pretty inexpensive. I spent twice that on nerf guns so far today and I might go get more....SRS

They had these at my local Aldi grocery store clearance priced from Christmas for $10.99 I bought 6 of them going to have some epic nerf wars this summer with the kids. Also scored a "Baby Alive" doll that's like $40 for $9 lol I doubt I'll play with that though...

Also bought 4 "crates" of these darts for $5:99 at Sams Club....Expensive nerf day

That's a great option too IMO.

Put that in your saved for later items. Its $150 now but I bought mine for $90 (2016) they fluctuate a LOT. Its not the best but it gets the job done just fine...The extra sleeve length is nice if you have bumper plates.

You will like it SRS.
You got the chance to use mine before ordering so that was all you
I wish they would give me a commission, their corporate HQ is really close to my house, when I was building the garage gym I bought a LOT of stuff there, mostly from their discount section minor scratches etc still warrantied for life. I think I bought most of my bumper plates for like .50/lb maybe less
