I my self deadlift 315 for 3 on my last set and WITH GOOD FORM
Alot of people do it incorrectly. but if your a medium build, in 11th grade, it says, that 345 is considered good, 315 isnt even listed
so i guess Alot of people cant do it, cause i deadlift more then all my friends, but its nothing special. I think 405 and up is like impressive

you=NEWB
I saw a guy the other day doing deadlifts, and of course he was skinny and looked new to lifting.
He would keep his legs 100% straight, and hunch his back over to pick up the barbell.... his form was 200% WRONG.
YOU MUST FIRST USE YOUR LEGS, THEN USE YOUR BACK. You must keep your back counter-hunched. Arch it so that your ass sticks OUT.
I can only deadlift maybe 230lb max...... if your friend is 6'0 160 and really can DL that, he must be a strength of natureMisc jawbrah appreciation crew
