Hi there fellas. I came up with an idea, what if I mash in blender all the food I eat? I don't really care about the taste,as long as it reaches my stomach, so any combination would do. The big win would be the time, 6 meals , almost 2h to chew on them, but if mashed, 30 min should do it for all. Do u think it would affect anyhow the digestion?

It doesn't change the nutritional content (although expose to air does destroy some vitamins) but I have a feeling it would change satiety - if you spend time chewing rather than just slugging it down. This might be a factor if you are trying to run a calorie deficit. If you are having trouble getting enough calories however, it could be an advantage.

In all seriousness OP, do you actually not enjoy eating at all?
I mean, you can get a significant portion of your concentrated protein in a shake and then maybe eat a chicken breast for another meal without having to sit down and fully dine, then you can savor something you truly like later on. I understand the inconvenience of fully preparing several meals a day, but surely eating itself is not a complete inconvenience?Bench: 350

Blending food or mashing is a form of processing. Food has higher net calories when processed than if it is in a raw state and eaten whole. Peanuts have a lower net calorie amount than peanut butter made from the same amount of peanuts for example. Plus cooking food and making it softer also affects net calories. Softer and the body doesn't have to expend as much energy on digestion
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

No, I really don't care bout tasting the food, eating was always such a drag and waste of time for me.
Well food will be cooked as normal, just after cooking wanna throw it in the blender , add a lil water and drink it up, problem solved, lots of time saved.Last edited by raidaru; 01-21-2021 at 11:39 AM.

I've been doing this for years OP. I must warn you, once you see the convenience of this, you will never go back to eating like a mortal. lol
Srs though, it's unbelievably convenient and makes it so so easy to change your macros with slight adjustments.
And yes folks, I still enjoy eating food but when you're busy and don't have time to eat/chew, but still want good, accurate, clean whole food,, nothing beats this.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place

OP, try the "Dog Food Diet." I gained about 15 pounds of lean body mass on it in 4-5 months, but ended up in the hospitals ICU.
What's the "Dog Food Diet"? You just fill your pockets with a quality dry dog food like Pedigree or Eukanuba and munch on it throughout the day. The dog food has a proper mix of protein, fat and complex carbs to put on muscular weight with a minimal amount of fat. It's nutritionally complete.
Now you are probably thinking there are some toxins or vitamin deficiencies in the dog food which made me end up in the ICU. That is far from true. Like I mentioned earlier. it's nutritionally complete. I got hit by a car when I was sitting in the street licking my balls.
