I called in to order 12 of the mats. They said they were unable to split into multiple orders, even though I referenced it occurring with other orders. When I asked if there was anything they could do, after placing me on hold for a bit, they honored the sale price and gave me free freight. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. While more expensive than stall mats (especially since there was tax too due to them doing trade shows in Ohio), you can't touch gym mats for this price normally. Hopefully they will have the true dimensions and square edges that are normally true of gym mats. Also picked up PlateMates for $15. Good deals all around. Thanks again morebarbell reps, every time I can!

BTW, they mentioned that tomorrow's promotion is going to be free freight but no 50% off. Not sure which is correct since md99 heard differently.

I did, however, get an email receipt for the next order I placed for some bumper plates because I placed it order online and not over the phone. Also, I just got 7 UPS tracking notification emails. I believe they are for the 6 stall mats and 1 foam roller. I haven't seen anything yet for the bumper plates but I ordered them much later in the day.

The local Gold's gym has their 5/8" thick mats, high density foam rollers, and medicine balls. They're very nice. It looks like a lot of you got really good deals. The technique plates and bumpers also caught my eye. I had ordered 4-45lb, 4-25lb, and 4-10lb Pendlay bumper plates from their sale and I got an email this morning saying they were out of 45s. So I called them up and after looking through everything closer they say they also ran out of 25s... so basically they shipped me 4-10s and 2-25s. Definitely not what I was looking for. I asked them to cancel the order. Too bad. Hopefully you other guys that ordered these plates did it early enough to still have them in stock.

I was a little disappointed they didn't give me any redeeming offers over the phone. I could have maybe gotten them to substitute their Power System plates, but I don't know enough about them to know if they are any good or not.

I had also gotten receipts.

I received tracking numbers for the mats I ordered so I believe those will work out fine. After looking closer at their Power System bumpers, the "Premium" plates look like they may be close to equivalent to the Pendlays but their standard bumper plates are certainly not.

I sent them an email expressing my frustration and asking them what they can do to compensate but I haven't heard anything back yet.
