    Last night took 4 caps of Magnum G-Spring

    Start - 4:20 am


    ELLIPTICAL:

    20 min

    Abs:

    10 min of various ab exercises.


    End - 5:00 am


    Overall this was better than Thursday. I did 2 min at each level all the way up to level 5 and stayed there for 4 min and then worked my way back down every 2 min to level 1.

    I did 10 min of ab work again. I was able to add reps on some and time on others.

    Off to work a 12 hr shift today...YAY ME!!!

    This program is set up as a weight loss program, but I am eating above maintenance, so I am defeating it's true purpose, but not MY goal...lol.
