Yesterday I took my multi, the 2nd of 3 pills caught slightly in my throat. I coughed a couple of times and then rinsed it down with more water. Felt bad. 3rd pill caught in my throat AGAIN, causing me to immediately retch. Fortunately I got the pill back out, but I had a moment of terrifying panic that I was going to choke and die or inhale the thing.

I just placed foil down in a pan, oiled it up, sprinkled seasoning on it, put 3 breasts on oil/seasoning, sprinkled seasoning on top. 350 for 30 minutes top rack. Came out to 162f

All three were actually really moist, but the muscle fibers themselfs still seemed strangely rubbery. Walmart ftw...
