Up twenty-seven pounds since Thanksgiving 2015, from 153 to 180. I've gained a fair amount of strength along the way, but based on rate of fat gain starting to pick up I think it might be time to back off to around 170 over the next two months and then start up another 2 lb/monthly gaining phase. Any thoughts?

True haven't been ITT for a while. Came in to mention my 2nd meet. Did8/9, got 2 reds for buttlift on final bench.
Was 110/65/160kg@74.3
Which in pounds is 243/143/353

Many old followers itt would remember me proud as punch hitting 2 plate squat and posting it in here.
This isnt my first 3 plate squat but it is my first one recorded.
May as well post it as my better half could not give a rats ass about my lifting progress.
Oh and yes. I am an old scruffy bastard when i train.Ride it like you just stole it.

When I take pictures I try to get everything right, the lighting, the pose, and everything I can do to make me look my best...and then my SO clicks a random candid shot and it just says so much more. This was during a little Christmas conversation yesterday morning, between upper body (12 sets) and lower body as I'm hauling the weights over from the rack to the vertical leg press. I dunno, just wanted to share it.

I had to travel for work yesterday but was able to find an anytime gym to train. Was like 7PM on a Friday night, completely alone in there so I snapped a rare Swelfie. I think you should go to the gym to lift heavy chit, not spend time on your phone/camera. But at any rate, 9 weeks out from my next PL comp:
