Honestly, that is part of what I see wrong with online coaching.... the fact that *some* people are copying and pasting templates and sending them out to lifters.
Now, I do understand if a someone has a coach, and the programs they write are structurally similar to that of their coach because that is the system they have worked with and know, but to outwrite copy it, that is rather lame.
Time will weed out the ones doing it wrong, and hopefully those doing it right will collect some of that buisness.

I have seen this stuff first hand as well. Lifters being "coaches" that have no idea how to program or even formulate a thought about training. So they take the program their coach sent them and change a couple of things and give it to people. Literally saw a program that's progression and volume was based on someone gaining weight and on aggressive amounts of protein given to a natural that was maintaining/losing weight. The progression and volume was to aggressive for someone gaining 2 pounds a week and having all the jay cutler time a body could handle.

Yeah, saw that. I asked why he won't use wraps and try to win the money at the US Open. He said the records are more important than the money right now. I don't think he had a chance to win last year, but I also didn't think Joe was going to make the podium. I think he has a pretty good shot at whatever he sets his goals at this year. He hasn't slowed down. Larry and Joe, both are just going nuts. Joe at 198 will be scary.

Yeah something like that. Larry will lift at the us open though, and Eric only lifts at those UPA meets. He's lifted at other meets but never delivers like he does at those backwoods meets. Maybe he can deliver at big dogs 3. I hope burley hawk does big dogs 3 I really like that som beech.

Side note I've seen a lot about Eric lately on social media and YouTube (nick strength and power vid) and everyone is wrong. People give credit to Eric for a lot of **** that isn't true. Saying he has the highest wrappless total, he has the highest all time squat, etc.

So if you were to allow him straps, and add up his best lifts Hafthor's at like a 2500 something total with gym lifts. He's been getting so strong this year it's bananas.
