Is there any problem taking creatine before breakfast? Its more comfortable for me. *Also, should I take beta alanine on my off-days too?

Creatine 101
1- If youre concerned about what type...go with good ol Creatine Mono (does the job and cheap)
2- 5g per day for approx. 30 days, 3-5g per day on workout days only thereafter
3- Take whenever, with whatever....timing is irrelevant. (I personally do it pre workout only because its easy to remember everyday)
4- Drink plenty of water
5- do not need to cycle nor load🌍 Talk is cheap, Actions are priceless 🌝

Creatine timing is not important as everyone has stated.

Carbs help curb a little bit of the tingles from the beta alanine, as well as help transport it quicker.
"A recent study showed that a group of subjects taking beta-alanine with carbohydrates increased performance gains in half the time as the group taking an equal amount of beta-alanine without carbohydrates. Carbohydrates spike insulin and one of insulin's effects is to increase amino acid (such as beta-alanine) transport into our cells."
I won't say that you're incorrect, because no, carbs are technically not needed. They just help out a little.
