    Creatine before breakfast?

Is there any problem taking creatine before breakfast? Its more comfortable for me. *Also, should I take beta alanine on my off-days too?

Both creatine and beta alanine are saturation products. You can take both of them at any time during the day. With beta alanine, I do suggest taking it with carbs aswell.

creatine timing is not important. so with what you are planning works just fine.

Creatine can be taken any time. I would continue on with taking the beta alanine every day. I would go with 3.2 grams a day. Timing isn't important either. Many like to split that up into two doses.

no issue in doing that. Timing doesn't matter as much as just consistently taking in 5g creatine mono.

    Creatine 101
1- If youre concerned about what type...go with good ol Creatine Mono (does the job and cheap)
2- 5g per day for approx. 30 days, 3-5g per day on workout days only thereafter
3- Take whenever, with whatever....timing is irrelevant. (I personally do it pre workout only because its easy to remember everyday)
    4- Drink plenty of water
5- do not need to cycle nor load

Creatine timing is not important as everyone has stated.

As for BA, you'll want to take it on off days and around carbs as well.

No you take it every day lol , it takes about a month for your body to hold enough of it to use... that is a waste of beta.

Carbs help curb a little bit of the tingles from the beta alanine, as well as help transport it quicker.

"A recent study showed that a group of subjects taking beta-alanine with carbohydrates increased performance gains in half the time as the group taking an equal amount of beta-alanine without carbohydrates. Carbohydrates spike insulin and one of insulin's effects is to increase amino acid (such as beta-alanine) transport into our cells."

I won't say that you're incorrect, because no, carbs are technically not needed. They just help out a little.

No issues with creatine at that desired time, timing is irrelevant just take the 3-5g recommended everyday and your good to go.
