50 toe tappers

P.M:
Martial Arts training for hours
12- three min rounds of fighting (death mode)
NOTES: Im going to a gay "SRF-B" class ie martial arts, OC spray, weapon quals ect. I felt like dying after 12 rounds (staggered, not 12 straight rounds) of fighting. Skipped arms. Skipped HIIT. Pretty sure ^ that was enough cardio for the day.

NOTES: Starting to feel "back in shape" . I fuked up my foot doing that gay fightng. Went to Balboa last night , its not broken, got some happy pills opiates of peace(in b4 i piss hot on UA) and got tons of sleep. I was limping around in the gym today....but long hair, no care. Im getting OC sprayed Tuesday. FML.

CARDIO: 2.2 MILE RUN/ 17 MINS
NOTES: I mapped the run out on Google Maps, but I didnt consider the terrain. Surprisingly, the route I ran had some aggressive hills, which slowed me down, but was a nice challenge. T-hanks Obama. Easy day. Cardio-endurence is improving immensely.
