RDL would be your best bet. You’d be surprised how heavy you can go with nearly perfect carryover to DL in my opinion.
You still have to DL fo form and to get your body conditioned to the 100-150 pounds more that you’ll DL though (probably more like 200 cuz you shouldnt 1 rep max your Romanian DL).
