    Post Is my workout good?

    Hello guys my name is Daniel and i am 15 yo and i start going to gym 4 months ago.
    i just want to know if my new workout is good and my volume is enough.
    So i have a PPL workout .Push and Pull 2 times a week.
    So my workout is like this.
    Monday-Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
    INcline bench press x4
    Incline DUmbell press x3
    Cable Flyes High to Low +push ups x3
    Close grip BP X4
    Dumbell Skull crushers x3
    Triceps pushdowns with straight bar x3
    Dumbell OHP X4
    Db Lateral raises x 4
    Tuesday-Back/Biceps/Traps
    Pull ups x4
    lat pulldown x3
    one arm db row x3
    Ez Bar Curls x3
    Incline Dumbel curls x3
    Cable Hammer Curls x3
    Pec Dec reverse fly +Shrugs x4
    Wednesday-Legs
    Squats x3
    Leg press x3
    Harmstrigs curls x3
    Leg extension x3
    Seated hamstrigs curls x3
    Thursday -CHest /Triceps/Shoulders
    Bench press x4
    Decline Db Press x2
    Flat db press x2
    Flat Bench chest flyes +pUSHUPs x4
    Dips x4
    Skullcrushers+Close grip bp x3
    Rope PUshdown x3
    OPH PRESS WITH BARBELL x4
    Lateral cables raises +upright row x4
    Friday-Back/Biceps/Traps
    Pull ups x4
    Lat pulldown x3
    Cable Rows x3
    One arm Cable Row x3
    Preacher curls x3
    Hammer curls x3
    Reverse db flyes x4
    FACE PULL +Shrugs x3
    Is my workout good for a begginer?

    If you can make progress it's fine but why do you only train legs once a week if you do all upper body muscles twice a week?

    Well you are 15; assuming you are decently through puberty you should be able to make good progress. Perhaps read through the sticky threads and begin one of the beginner routines there.

    That's probably because you're using lower weights than you should just to be able to get through all that volume.

    Best advice you'll get here:

    Read the Fierce 5 sticky at the top of this forum (and the other ones if you have time). Run that (or something similar).

    I'll be blunt, 95% of people will ignore it and run something like what you posted and achieve mediocre results. If you want measurable gains and a routine that will set you apart from everyone else, scrap this and do something basic and proven.
