10-20-2017, 06:06 PM #2191Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

^ this. I have to constantly remind myself not to go full potato and max out credit cards to buy as much crypto as possible. In the event that this all goes to zero ( which I highly doubt), can you simply wipe your hands and walk away? Crypto will be here to stay..you can always buy more later when you have more disposable income.

Is the btc spaceship taking off overnight when the other side of the world wakes up? See you at 6500 in the morning boysToxic Masculinity

I actually have funds stashed away. I can afford to lose it all, but rather not for obvious reasons. The reason why I am so intrigued with cryptos is the returns I am getting in a such a short time is absolutely insane.
This can't be sustainable is what I am getting at. For the moment I am enjoying the ride. Definitely tempted to buy more but I know I shouldn't. I have funds stashed to buy a house and I told myself I won't touch that. But every week this thought creeps into my head saying lets just roll the dice.

Well boyos everything is verified and should be up and running, Bitstamp for buying btc, bitfinex and bittrex as exchanges and ethereum as a wallet, now just to input banking details and im off to the races.
I'm thinking of just holding fiat till immediately after the fork then buying btc (maybe eth) whether it falls significantly or not. Will take me some time to understand the whole trading and reading tables so starting simple seems smart as btc is always going up.A.C. Milan

So the real question is do I hold onto the the btc gold or sell it off right away. Dayum bruhs just getting free monies all the time. Crypto is the future. Can't believe this hasn't taken off mainstream yet. It gives all the power to the individual user and away from the banks and power brokers.
Even using it to transfer funds to different accounts is a breeze. I believe this technology is the way how all transactions will occur in the future. Wonder how long before the mainstream actually catches on and adopts.
Definitely kicking myself for not getting in early but still I don't think we are too late at all. If it wasn't for misc, I wouldn't even have ventured into cryptos.
Heard of it before somewhere else but all the threads on misc convinced me to go in. Thanks bruhs!

no clue brah, if knew these things id have enough btc to buy everyone in the thread a lambo.
but when in doubt, I average my funds in instead. you can use 1/3 or a 1/4 now out of what you have and hold the rest in reserve and see what happens and buy a bit more as it slides down and lower your average cost basis.
