Switched back to Purple Wraath and...

I can't believe I ever stopped using the product. I traded the rest of my Xtend for my roomates Wraath (I reccommended it to him). So I used it today before my back day and the endurance I had was in no way a placebo effect. The first I used I thought it was all placebo. I had to pull myself out of the gym! Great product CL! I will definitely be using this for my upcoming keto diet as well.

start drinking it 15 min preworkout and sip throughout workout. .

I normally only use one scoop and drink it intra workout. I've tried 2 but didn't really notice a difference.

yeah me too, I personally like the grape a lot. I think people get too concerned with the taste of a product, rather than the results of it these days.

2 scoops pw + 1 scoop gg + 32oz water.... dosn't taste too shabby to me... and ya... my lunch break only so long (thats when i hit the gym) and now im like... ****.. gotta go :-/

Definitely agree. I will drink and eat anything if I know it will help me achieve my goals. I have put CEE in my mouth directly and then chugged some water, I take my BA this way, I eat tuna straight out of the can, I drink ON Whey Natural with just water, I don't give a damn what it is I'll drink/eat the **** out of it I don't care what it tastes like.

WORD! i think we need a sticky for noobs that actually seem to care...my roomates buy the hell out of muscle milk (and then bitch about the fact that they don't have money to pay bills or get other supps); hmm...sounds like pure ignorance and self-denial to me, but oh well! All we can do is practice what we, ourselves, preach! Amen

had you tried BA + Xtend you may have felt differently, but it is nice that PW already contains it.

Yeah, I switched to Xtend for a while, and while it taste better then PW, that's all it has on it. I've been doing 3-4 scoops Xtend with 1 scoop PW intra-workout to finish my xtend, then it's back to 2 scoops PW. GF is actually the only CL product I don't really like. Taste is alright but I like to have something with more protein/carbs immediately PWO. Props on the rest of your stuff though..keep it up.

Yeah I know what you mean. I really like the CL because I'm not a big fan of shakes. It is the only one I have. This way I have real food 30 mins after. I'm also an endomorph, and I found that the corn and rice blend doesn't put unwanted body fat on me. Its all about figuring out what works for you.

Yeah ... most people think I'm weird. I don't eat for enjoyment (I occasionally have a sweet snack or something, but it's rare). I eat to "survive" more or less. I eat based on what is in something, not how it tastes.

Now there are exceptions to everything, I couldn't eat dog crap even if it had 100g of protein in it. You guys get the point I think. I think if you can have this type of mentality about food it will make achieving your goals a lot simpler.

I've tried bulk, xtend, and wraath, and wraath is my favorite by far. The other two aren't even in the same league when it comes to building muscle.

try the new lemonade purple wraath, it is the best tasting amino supp I have ever taster.

Iv noticed I got to pull myself out the gym too. What you said is fine but thats just one workout. The other thing is, if in your mind you slightly believe PW to be superior then your brain will make that the truth.

Hmm thats interesting. Have you tried half a scoop. Lots of people are say 1/2 a scoop is just as good.

meh, I was told PW Grape tasted nice! I'll try the lemonade after a sample of it, not before.

PW does yield results, but the taste for me and the smell was too bad.

I let my friends try my Xtend watermelon, and most bought a tub themselves! I dont' think they'd do that with PW.
