so i came up with the easiest way to build muscle. i'm sure you all know how muscle is built; it tears, then rebuilds it self when you work out. well what i've been doing it manually tearing the muscle. you just cut it with a knife, then in about a month it is rebuilt bigger. does anyone else do this? this may be the greatest innovation ever.
