Jerking 205 with ANY technique requires a lot of skill, his squat jerk ain't bad but his cleans are obviously way better. At this point, he's better off keeping on jerking 205 and perfecting the technique so that 210+ is good in competition rather than learning how to split jerk and probably not ever being as good at it as he is squat jerking...

misses snowball. when you start missing you keep missing, although maybe thats just me
you have good speed under, do you feel like you have much finish to your pull? it doesn't look like you get the bar very high. yes I know that over-pulling is superfluous, but you might be under-pulling

Yeah, I think I am under pulling, a lot actually. Especially like, after my 20kg warm ups, I feel like I started going a lot slower, not pulling as fast as I can into the bar. I do not know why or do this, or how to correct it. I think I have inhibitions to fully pull, fearing I'll throwing it too far behind or something.

^do you always bend your arms a bit early? You look like your trying to pull the bar into your hips but that early arm bend looks like it's making you under-pull and leaves the bar forward instead of having a straight upwards trajectory.

thinking of buying my own weights and rack to put outside so I can train more comfortably do you think either would rust if you put them outside under a corrugated plastic roof?

Pretty good prices as well. Would be worth 2 years gym membership so would be saving money on top of fuel.

the bar gets to far away from you off the floor, and like they said you bend your arms to bring it closer right before the second pull. A lot of the misses towards the end you didn't finish your first pull and were already trying o dive under the bar, or over pulling and looping it.
I'm also not a fan of jumping forward to catch lifts.

Dbk made my 2,500 calorie dinner look ridiculously girly. The reason I'm still awake is because I've been having trouble sleeping lately, I think the insomnia is a part of the adjustment process to daily heavy training. If anyone else (ftwrestler?) went through/is going through this, did you manage to overcome it?

Greco-Roman - I see a couple things with your snatches. As mentioned you pull around your knees, this means you're not using your legs very much off the floor. If you're using legs, the knees will go back so the bar can come in naturally to the hips. Also, you're letting the bar crash overhead rather than pulling yourself under and maintaining pressure on the bar. Lastly, you're not finishing the extension, as even you mentioned. After you bring the bar in you have to finish the extension, this keep the bar close so you don't loop it overhead.
Think of trying to snatch by running your thumbs up along the length of your body, and push with your legs and hips to break the bar off the floor!!Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168969133
