We've been talking about this for years- we need a platform vs publisher law on the books. If you wish to censor, you are a publisher. If you want an open forum, you are a platform and may not censor.

a) There's not really any "open forums". Most forums are moderated in some fashion.

b) Counter-productive, all these sites will come down hard and censor even more because such a ruling opens them up further to legal liability. Then you girls will whinge even more about "muh censorship".
