Wow. I pulled 405x1 probably December or November ish of 2013 after doing sheiko #29. I hurt my back warming up that summer because I had tight hammies and no core-was doing full time construction work and it was just too much. Pretty sure I blew a disc.
So I rack pulled from the 2nd pin from the bottom last week, 3x5x135. So I'm working my way back to the ground and then on to 6 plates, let's try this again. I was 227 then and now I'm 203ish..last time I weighed this little my arms were an inch smaller, so don't think I lost everything.Last edited by The4thMan; 09-23-2016 at 10:53 AM.

Currently aiming for 4 plate dead lift. Its not 405 but 397 as I'm using 20kg plates but it's still a goal.
Latest max was 336 x 5 with pretty horrendous form. So took a de-load to work on form.
Current estimated max 386 so I'm pretty freaking close.
Going to take it easy for now and work and form and aim to hit that in around a months time.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

Recently switched from convetional to sumo, managed 200kg (440lbs) for a double this morning. Still adapting a little bit to the sumo stance but pretty confident my numbers are going to be jumping up quickly
6 plates seems like a looong way away but you never knowinsta www.instagram.com/strongbanter

So yesterday I managed 1 max rep which was 100kg. I'm super happy with how my progress is going I'm clearly getting stronger.
I know my form was horrible in this video, my form isn't usually like that, so I'll put it down to the weight as it broke my form quite easily. Previously to this I was on 90kg and really wanted to try push 1 100kg out.
Any feedback on my form is highly appreciated! Was the lift as bad as it looks? How do I make my back more flat when lifting heavier?
