Well, I just received my Green Mag - Electric Lemonade, and I had to try it!!

It was kind of funny to open the container and see green and have it smell like lemonade!

Let me tell you something, this flavor ROCKS!! It really does have an excellent Electric Lemonade taste.

It definately tastes better than the lemonade flavored Xtend!!!

I took ZacharyMills advice and mixed it with water. The taste was pretty good. The taste was like flavored water (berry). I took it on an empty stomach around 8:30 am. About 30 minutes later I could sense my energy level pick up. It was kind of a smooth energy; no jitters. I also felt more focused on what I was doing. This lasted for about 3-4 hours.

The inclusions of Antioxidants is awesome!!

I'll definitely considering picking some of this up.

I consumed my Bullet today at 12:50 pm and by about 1:05 pm I could feel my energy level increase. It was a smooth energy increase and I did not feel hyper at all.

Ingredients: Very Good. I like the fact that, even though it has a prop blend, they list the amount of Caffeine (300 mg) in the prop blend. There are many people who are concerned about how much caffeine there is in energy drinks and this puts that question to rest.

Energy: As mentioned above, my energy level increase took place in about 15 minutes. It started to die down around 6 pm, but was still evident. During my workout tonight, I had more energy than I usually have. I take 5 AN RPM pre-workout and the Bullet helped enhance my energy tonight. There was no crash at all!

I will preface my review by saying this is the first NO product I've used, except for some samples of different products. All the samples I used in the past have given me headaches. Plasmajet did not!!

-Your appearance before and after training compared to normal?

My appearance while using PlasmaJet was greatly improved. The huge pump and fullness I experienced from this is like nothing I've felt before.

My pumps when training have been so-so in the past, but with the inclusion of Plasmajet these pumps would come on much faster and last longer. I was able to get a strong pump within my first exercise and they would last throughout my workout and into the next day. My pumps would subside a little on non-use days, but then be evident again after working out the next day.

- Any enhanced volumnization and vascularity throughout the day?

Yes!!! 1-2 hours after ingestion I could really feel and see a difference in muscle fullness. The increased vascularity would be evident after my workout and into the next day. This is the most vascularity I've ever seen on myself and this is awesome!!

This is the part I liked the most. My stamina/endurance/intensity was simply amazing. My workouts were very effective. Rest time between sets was reduced, while keeping strength up set after set. I hit some new PR's also.

This is important, because PDE5 hydrolyze cGMP into an inactive molecule. cGMP is important because nitric oxide (NO) requires cGMP to moderate vascular control and vasodilation. So, essentially, no cGMP, no vasodilation (the ?PUMP?), because NO requires cGMP to work. The more cGMP, the more NO-induced vasodilation- therefore greater pumps!! Icariin stops PDE5 from disabling cGMP and allowing cGMP to extend its activity, which exerting the effects of NO in skeletal muscle, allowing for a stronger muscle contraction and pump.

The inclusion of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) are also essential in the creation of any good A-CESE, because OPCs contain their own combination of unique and effective constituents, which allows P-SARM Synthase AI to exert potent anti-aromatase (AI), anti-oxidant, and vasodilatory effects. OPCs have been shown in numerous studies to have the ability to block the conversion of androgens to estrogens, with a potency comparable to several widely marketed pharmaceutical AI inhibitors (Arimidex). RPM reduces aromatase activity and estradiol as well, allowing for more testosterone (T) to be produced!!

Compounds exhibiting AI characteristics also reduce SHBG (steroid hormone binding globulin) as well. This is important, because this allows for a drastic increase in free testosterone (T). When this occurs, coupled with T levels that are already high from decreased aromatization of estrogen, WATCH OUT!!!! Look for longer, harder more intense workouts, rapid strength increases with personal records on all your lifts, greater protein synthesis, quicker recovery, while also allowing for increased lipolysis (fat burning)!! This, coupled with the androgen-mimicking qualities of the P-SARM Icariin, gives the product a unique ?hardness? enhancing quality, giving the user of the product an ?eye? popping type of physique that looks to be cut from stone!!!

OPCs also protect against free radicals and subsequent DNA and oxidative damage, qualities that are extremely important to the hard-training athlete. Oxidative damage is a common occurrence during stress and hard training, and it can stop lean body mass gains in their tracks!! Less oxidative damage, better recovery, giving you the ability to train longer and harder!!! The nitric oxide-enhancing, vasodilatory properties of OPCs have also been documented in countless studies. The flavonoids contained in OPCs actually increase levels of Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS), the enzyme that allows for the conversion of arginine to nitric oxide. This is very important, as nitric oxide synthase competes with arginase for the utilization of the amino acid L-arginine. ADRENALEAN is an interesting product. There are a few different things that this does to you like fat loss, enhanced mood & increased energy expenditure, increased focus, and appetite suppression.

During my log, I lost 4.5 lbs. I probably coould have lost more if my diet was on on a more consistant basis.

You have to play around with your dosing to find the optimal one. My optimal dosage was 4/3. The effects of the first dosage kicked in around 45 - 60 minutes after the AM dose and lasted 4-6 hours. When I felt my energy level decrease is when I usually took my second dose.

The thing that stood out the most was the appetite suppression. Most of the time it was pretty consistant, but some days it was really strong to the point of missing a meal. The enhanced mood/focus was pretty good. The focus was more evident during my workouts. The Energy level increase was smooth and consistant, not jittery and their were no crashes at all.

The thing that was the most interesting is that ADRENALEAN contributed to an increased pump feeling. This is something that was reported in other logs and that Designer Supplements didn't expect, which is intriguing.

ADRENALEAN is a product that I liked very much and would use again in the future. Designer Supplements makes some great products and they have come up with another one, with ADRENALEAN, in my opinion!!

Initial Thoughts

When I received it yesterday, I opened up the tub and was surprised to see it filled almost to the top! Most of the protein powder products are not filled this high because of settling, or whatever.

The smell was awesome!! Nice chocolate smell with a hint of peanut butter.

Mixability

I mixed 2 scoops in 16 oz of water in a Blender Bottle and is mixed very well. No clumps and very little grit.

One Word; AWESOME!!!

The first time I tried in in water. I will say that this is the first time, when mixed with water, that I felt like I could actually taste like it was mixed in milk. I don't know, but it sure tasted this way!!

The second time I mixed it in 16 oz 1% milk, and this was outstanding!

The chocolate flavoring, with a hint of peanut butter is great. There is no after taste.

UP 2.0 seems to be pretty thick when it is mixed up, either with water or milk. It feels like it fills you up when you drink it, not like some of the other powders that taste like flavored water.

I used IntrAbolic for the first time tonight, and below are my initial impressions of this product:


SMELL

Not bad at all. I could smell that apple flavoring.


MIXABILITY

I mixed it in 20 ozs cold water. I did not mix it with any other supplement.

IntrAbolic is kind of interesting in this aspect. You don't have to violently shake it like some powders. I just flipped my container back-n-forth a couple of times, set it down on the counter, waited 5 minutes, and WALLA!!!

The nice thing about IntrAbolic is that it stays mixed. You don't have to keep shaking the container to mix it.

TASTE





Wow, what an after taste!!! But we don't take supps for the taste.

I can't wait to taste the New & Improved flavoring!!!!

PERFORMANCE

I did feel some tingling in my face due to the Beta Alanine. I have used Core ABC (most of the time 1 scoop (2.5 g), but sometimes 2 scoops) and I never felt any tingling from that product. The tingling really didn't bother me at all, other than it was present.

Also, I felt different during my workout. I don't know how to describe it other than that.


I am really interested in seeing how IntrAbolic performs over the duration of this log. I have read all the feedback from other logs and IntrAbolic is quite interesting.

Nothing has really changed in the formula, just an improved flavor, so I am not going to review anything else about it right now, except for the taste.


Taste Compared to Old Formula: Wow, what a difference from the original, which I could not drink by itself. To me, this has the taste of a Green Apple where the original was bad for me!!!

I could actually sit on my Deck and enjoy this improved flavor as a refreshing drink!!!

I received 2 samples of AEN's IntrAbolic Citrus to taste test.

This flavor is very good and refreshing! The Citrus smell is very good. It mixes very well and there really was no after taste at all.

It's going to be a tough choice between the Citrus & Fresh Green Apple becasue they are both outstanding!!!

FINAL REVIEW


During my log, I took IGF-2 in two different doses (5-5 & 4-4-4). I feel the better dosage, at least for me, was the 4-4-4.

Recovery: I feel this helped with my recovery during my workouts, although it was tough to tell because of some of the other supplements I was using.

Endurance: Again, tough to tell because of the other supplements I was using (IntrAbolic, SizeOn).

Libido: This did increase my libido somewhat, especially when I went to the 4-4-4 dosage. This is intersting to me because during the 5-5 dosage, I could not really feel/see an increase in my libido. Maybe it was because of the increase in number of caps I was taking, or the fact that there was less of a break inbetween dosages.

Quality of Sleep: The quality of my sleep was improved not matter what the dosage. I felt refreshed every morning. This is the best thing I got out of using IGF-2.


Overall, I like IGF-2 very much and I would use it again in the future!!

Bananas & Cream: This is by far my favorite flavor. The banana smell & taste is awesome!! I would buy this in a case.

This review, is done, based on samples that I received from Core. Thank you Core for sending them to me!

I used the samples before my chest workout this past Sunday. I took 4 caps @ 11:30 am and I started my workout at 12:15 pm.

Below is my review based on the claims that Core makes about Zap.

Jitter free, yet extreme energy:

The energy is jitter free but not what I would call extreme. Zap did give me a very good energy kick however. The energy lasted the entire duration of the workout and there is no crash at all.

Awesome mental focus, clarity, and increased memory

Zap did give me better metal focus and clarity, but it is almost impossible to see a difference in increased memory from a sample. My concentration was better during my workout.

Significant strength and performance increases

Ther is not much I can say here based on the samples, but improved energy and mental focus/clarity should go hand in hand in improving performance and strength gains using ZAP on a consistent basis.

Increased sense of well being

ZAP did create this feeling somewhat, but again, based on samples it is really tough to get a good sense of this.

Increased metabolism and fat loss

I feel that this did increase my metabolism because I was really sweating during my workout. I don't know if Zap produces a thermogenic effect, but it sure felt like it did.

I'm really impressed with the samples based on the above and I would consider using this product in the future. Zap is worth buying IMO.
