I have been training for over 25 years and have used almost all of the “latest and greatest” supplements that have come out on the market. Some good………….many not so good. I have also used HMB back in the day, so very intrigued by what Muscle Tech has unveiled. Started competing in the NPC in my 20’s and competed successfully until my early forties. Therefore I feel confident that I have the training background that easily replicates those within the study that is being referenced. Over those years, I have used any different training protocols. GVT, HST, PRRS, DC training and any other training variation that has come down the line. Most recently I have being focused more on strength and power, so been utilizing Wendler 5-3-1 for some time now. Though I have come to realize I am a far better bodybuilder than I am power lifter LOL
Current maxes:
Bench 260 with strict pause
Deadlift: 425
Squat: 415
Weight: 230 Current body fat: 18%
Diet:
Typically consume 3-4 whole meals with a bar and/or shake during the day. Tend to error on the side of lower carbs since my metabolism is not like it was in my twenties. Recently participated in the Shortcut to Shred contest, losing over 30 lbs in 12 weeks, therefore when I am focused and motivated, I can make tremendous changes in my body composition.

Why me? Well for one thing, I have been training for many years. Therefore if Clear Muscle can illicit the changes being discussed in the Wilson study for someone like myself, it would provide validation to the benefits of the product. Also, as a long time member with a very solid reputation here, I feel I would lend a great deal of credibility to the promo.
So it a nutshell. As a competitive bodybuilder I know the level of effort that is required to make extreme changes to body composition. I am hoping to compete again in the next six months or so and this transformation log will give me the kick start I need in my desire to return to the stage.
I could continue to type but someone eventually would chime in with the tl:dr.Last edited by njmuscle66; 04-20-2014 at 07:36 PM.

i would love to try this. i just tried and did a store review for muscle tech platinum whey from the essential series and im going to be craving it when i run out. hahahahahaha im currently doing a contest log that ends in 5 days but I was looking at the training program and I'm thinking about giving it a shot even if I am not selected to try the clear muscle supplement. I'm going to be training and working at a factory doing some decently heavy lifting monday thru friday anyway.
and that stack that will go to the winner looks beast!!!!!!!!!!
no matter what happens im shooting to get that adonis golden ratio that I learned about on youtube. lolJonathon Lee Cortez

My Application (NauticaTom)
Reasons & Accomplishments: So this is going to be a hell of a first post, I've been reading on these forums literally forever. I dont really post much, because by the time I see if, 173274973 other people probably either have said the same thing, or something conflicting. I order products regularly, I order from multiple main brands, Some Muscletech, Some Other Manufacturers, I don't particularly fly any one manufacturers flag, as I believe certain mfg's are known for certain hit products, and why should you limit yourself from it because of brand loyalty?
I stumbled upon this thread, simply by searching the forums for the release date for clear muscle. I like the premise that its not a three scoop product.
I am 32,a strength and conditioning coach for Ice Hockey Players at the NCAA and Pro (NHL,AHL,ECHL) levels. I spend an inordinate amount of time looking for NSF related products for their consumption.. When I want to build muscle, I typically lean on assault, but I don't like the water weight gain that comes with it... So I am always in search of the latest product that can help my building phase.
I am also at an interesting phase in own lifting cycle, I tore my shoulder labrum in october, Took the physical therapy and time off routine, through the most critical time of year, (thanksgiving, christmas, new years)... Lost muscle, put on 18lbs, and double the regret.
I wrote a 10 week gradient anatomical adaptation cycle to get me back in the swing of things, and will be concluding that shortly, placing me in the perfect position to pick up either a linear periodization plan (intended), or your undulating periodization cycles. Whatever it takes to restore strength, in time for the hockey off season, as no one likes a soft strength coach
Logs done in the past: Written None, Read - More than I care to count.
Height/Weight: 5'10.5" - 216lbs - 17.3% BF (from a bodypod)
Lift Maxes (all in lbs not kg): Bench: 335 /Squat: 405 / Deadlift: 295 / Hang Clean : 195 / Floor Clean : 245 / Snatch: 135
Current routine: I am a CSCS, I write my own cycles, Presently closing out a Rehab / Anatomical Adaptation Cycle after being offline for 4 months rehabbing a Labrum Tear.
Diet:
AM: Protein Pancakes (Dymatize Elite XT Blueberry Muffin & 6 oz egg whites mixed) or Chicken Sausage
Noon: Sandwich , Salad, or Wrap, typical cafeteria lunch
Dinner: Mixed Bag - from a timing perspective, I eat a ton of chicken, simply because I can make it in bulk, in a crockpot, while I work, all the throws of living alone.
So there you have it, thanks for taking the time to read it, thanks for giving me a good first post, and regardless I look forward to buying the product upon release!
