    agreed, but more emphasis on the middle back muscles, like the rhomboids. The closer you get to being parallel to the floor with bent-over rows, the more the rhomboids come into play.

    It's a great exercise. Pullups and Pendaly rows are pretty much the 2 consistent back exercises I do.
