Protein from pork rinds (fried pork skin)

my pork rinds say they have 5g fat and 7g protein per serving, but next to protein it says "not a significant source of protein". Should I count these proteins in fitday or not?

Collagen isn't a complete protein, that's why. You should count them only because you don't know how much isACTUALLY getting absorbed/digested. Use the calorie count just for convenience.

Since I'm trying to consume 200g protein per day, should I just assume none of it's being absorbed (still count the calories though) and eat 200g on top of whatever comes from the pork rinds?
