What your daily foods consist of is not important. What matters is eating foods you enjoy and ending each day at a calorie deficieny. What are you current macros?

Macronutrients. How many grams of carbohydrates (4 kcal/gram), fats(9 kcal/gram) and proteins(4 kcal/gram) should you be consuming a day to reach the amount of calories you need. Use the Calculating Macronutrient Requirements thread at the top of the nutrition section, calculate your needs by following the directions and then check back. I will help you from there.

Looks like you're already measuring and weighing everything. Write down calories, protein, fats and carbs for each thing you eat, it'll make it a lot easier to keep track of where you are at the end of the day....
Myftnesspal is great for this. Once you scan the foods you eat it keeps track and remembers. GL to you. I'm cutting aswell
